The project manager supports and works with the senior project manager overseeing multiple projects utilizing Salesforce project management suite software. This position regularly communicates with customers, CAD department, production, logistics, construction management and sales. This position is responsible for planning and overseeing sold projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, meeting customers' expectations, while being mindful of the budget and resources. Scheduling multiple projects to ensure timely deliveries is a critical part of this position. Communicating between all parties involved is imperative, while also monitoring progress and keeping all stakeholders informed the entire way.
REVIT CAD DESIGNER
Using Revit, our designers generate drawings of complex undertakings. Using these designs, Timberlyne can establish timelines, budgets, and assist many different departments in making vital decisions about major projects.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Our company is looking to hire an organized and efficient accounting clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate should have a close eye for detail as well as a high level of accuracy when performing basic accounting tasks. You will be asked to handle important accounts and records, may be asked to make bank deposits, and will generally help improve accounting organization. You may also be asked to communicate with important vendors, clients, as well as other internal departments. You will assist with office inventory maintenance, as well as maintain databases and accounting records as needed.

Project Manager
The project management role is responsible for overseeing and orchestrating Heavy Timber commercial and residential construction projects from design, fabrication, to installation. They are to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion, meeting customers' expectations, while being mindful of the budget and resources. Scheduling multiple projects to ensure timely deliveries is a critical part of this position. Communicating between all parties involved especially the client is imperative, while also monitoring progress and keeping all stakeholders informed the entire way.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of both commercial and residential construction techniques, be able to decipher Architectural & structural plans, and know Revit & AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
CONSTRUCTION INSTALL CREW
Duties would include cutting mortise and tenon joints, surfacing and finishing timbers, moving material with the forklift, and traveling to help erect the frames. Construct and repair timber frames/packages, rafters, posts, beams, and trusses.

CAD DESIGNER
We are seeking a creative, skilled, and efficient CAD Designer to join the team. In this role, the CAD Designer will work with the team to set up and produce workable 2D and/or 3D files for use in programing our CNC Timber Joinery Machine. Whether its producing detailed drawings, framing designs, or creating assembly procedures, the CAD Designer is working hard to ensure the project has all it needs to succeed. To flourish in this position, the CAD Designer must be able to communicate effectively and have an extensive background in the construction/scenic design industry.
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance of the CNC heavy timber joinery cutting machine and 4-sided Planer. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications, calibrating machine, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ASSISTANT
We are looking for a qualified Construction Manager Assistant (CMA) to be responsible for supporting Project Managers and Construction Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing projects to ensure quality and timely delivery of our barns, homes, and commercial projects.
