Design Assist & Engineering
Timberlyne utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure efficiency and precision while coordinating your project’s details. BIM provides a secure design assistance process as we make your vision a reality. The sequencing of delivery and installation is optimized before fabrication begins.
Coordination & Sequencing
We’ve been prefabricating timber solutions since 1987. Timberlyne owns 125,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Texas and Nebraska. At these facilities, our expert employees process timber using our unrivaled machines. In addition to our manufacturing facilities, Timberlyne has two timber mills in Northern Minnesota, making us your ideal mass timber partner.
CNC & Fabrication
Timberlyne utilizes three Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines for unmatched capabilities. Most recently, we invested in the ROBOT-Max, a CNC joinery machine made by Hundegger. Located at our Boerne, Texas facility, the ROBOT-Max is the largest CNC machine in North America. It offers single-pass processing of timbers up to 24x51 inches. Timberlyne continues to invest in technology that helps us meet the needs of our customers by creating efficiency. Learn more about our facilities.
