The new development at HALL Park marks a significant evolution in the long-term vision for the campus, transitioning it from a traditionally singular office environment into a vibrant, urban-inspired mixed-use community. Central to the design is the 5.7-acre Kaleidoscope Park, a community-centric green space that will serve as a hub for relaxation, recreation, and social gatherings.

Timberlyne has played a vital role in this redevelopment by contributing the sustainable timber elements, emphasizing the project’s commitment to eco-friendly practices. The event pavilion seen in the photos above, is designed for small, intimate performances. The arching form of the pavilion draws inspiration from the park’s curving paths and open spaces, inviting the public to explore. Its design sparks curiosity with expressive details.
