Building Dimensions:

61,000 square feet

Guernsey’s new headquarters will be the first mass timber multi-story office building in the state of Oklahoma. In addition to its many sustainability features, such as low carbon and greenhouse gas emissions, mass timber also offers significant advantages for both construction speed and the finished aesthetic.

Mass timber helped speed up construction, with the core and shell completed in just 90 days. Beyond the timeline benefits, the timber also became a defining architectural feature, reducing the need for extra interior finishes while bringing warmth and character to the space.

The building houses 61,000 square feet of mass timber.

  • 264 Glulam parts (144 Columns, 120 beams)
  • 399,624 total lbs of glulam
  • 211 CLT panels, 1,109,681 lbs of CLT
    • Smartlam supplied CLT panels and glulam billets for Timberlyne.

Timberlyne served as the engineer, supplier, fabricator, and installer for this turnkey mass timber design.
