San Antonio River Authority Sheridan Campus

Just minutes from the River Authority’s main headquarters, San Antonio is breaking ground on its Sheridan Campus, a two-story, 57,000-square-foot office building. The SARA project reflects a long-term investment in responsible development, environmental stewardship, and operational growth. The campus will support the agency’s mission of protecting and enhancing waterways and will provide office space for the River Authority’s technical services departments including the River Authority’s nationally accredited water quality laboratory. Construction began in May 2025 and is expected to be complete by November 2026.
