This seven-story, 235,000-square-foot office building will anchor a 45-acre mixed-use development of residential, hotel, retail, and restaurant locations in the thriving area of Frisco, Texas. Timberlyne fabricated and coordinated shipments and logistics for this project, precisely cutting 1,165 glulam columns and beams with our Hundegger ROBOT-Max joinery machine. The project involved hauling 1.5 million pounds of timber over thirty-three shipments. Over 2,000 pre-installed connections set with over 30,000 individual screws and fasteners were necessary to complete the fabrication project. The mass timber construction for this project is more sustainable, provides greater design flexibility, results in a lighter environmental footprint, offers higher thermal insulation, and creates a warmer, more engaging, and productive workplace.
